Graphene, is a thin layer of pure carbon; it is a single, tightly packed layer of carbon atoms that are bonded together in a hexagonal honeycomb lattice. In more complex terms, it is an allotrope of carbon in the structure of a plane of sp2 bonded atoms with a molecule bond length of 0.142 nanometres. Layers of graphene stacked on top of each other form graphite, with an interplanar spacing of 0.335 nanometres.

One of the most important properties of graphene is electron transport properties of graphene showed abnormal integer quantum hall effect. The hall conductance of quantum conductance of an odd number of times, and can be observed at room temperature [1-3]. This phenomenon can be used to prove the relativistic quantum mechanics point of view, that is to say the graphene electronic belongs to the scope of Dirac equation.

Graphene is considered has extensive application prospect in terms of transistor - it electronic can not move through the scattering and the subtle distance. The feature of fast switching signal needed for manufacturing transistor is very important. The new diaphragm can substantially increase the speed of the computer. This application has been confirmed.
